Face-to-Face Is Not the Only Way

Face-to-face is not the only way for students to learn. I believe this is true because I am actively participating in learning through the Lamar graduate program without ever having stepped foot on a traditional school campus. Because the assignments are examples of authentic learning, I am able to apply my online learning to specifically meet my learning needs, probably even more so than if I were in sitting in class taking notes from a professor. Additionally, because I do not rely on my current learning environment for social interaction, I can maximize my time without wasting it on the learning needs of others. Plus, it is possible to have interaction without being face-to-face.
