New language regarding field observations were included in the new TAC. Specifically, Title 19 part 7 Chapter 228 RULE 228.35 requires educator preparation programs to now conduct at least one of the field observations on-campus face-to-face for principal, superintendent, and school counselor certification. Beginning spring 2017, a fee of $500.00 will be included in the total tuition for those students enrolled in programs impacted by the new TAC changes.
