In which online degree program do you teach?
BS in Communication with a Concentration in Communication Studies
Which classes do you teach online?
Organizational Communication
Why did you start teaching?
My family has several teachers, so I knew I loved teaching when I was a child. Seeing students grow intellectually makes me very happy.
What's the best advice that you ever received?
Never underestimate yourself. Never give up. The purpose of struggles you are going through right now are to make you dig deeper to find your potential.
What's the best advice that you could give your students?
Be professional. Everybody knows it, but what does this really mean? When you are a student, your professors and parents can still tolerate your unprofessional behavior, but no longer when you start working. So "be professional" actually means that you think and behave like an adult who can be responsible for yourself and for the well-being of people around you. Don't find excuses for yourself. Think and behave ahead of your age.
