I enjoy teaching and learning with students. I particularly love helping them with career development."
I have taught various courses, including construction systems, materials, and methods, project management, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and estimating, and construction safety within the context of industrial, commercial, and residential construction. Prior to my academic career, I gained approximately six years of construction field experience as a project engineer/superintendent. My research interests are in probabilistic and statistical modeling of longitudinal data, computer simulation of process and system dynamics, use of sensor technologies and building information model (BIM), and organizational sustainability. I have published one book and more than 20 technical publications, conference papers, and reports in these areas of research.
