Do I qualify for degree completion?

Finishing a bachelor’s degree is a rewarding and satisfying process, but sometimes the demands of life, such as work and family obligations, can sidetrack graduation plans. Online degree completion is an ideal option for working adults who are considering going back to school to complete their degree.

A BAAS degree is designed with your goals in mind

A Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences, or BAAS degree, is a multidisciplinary degree program that provides an accelerated path for career growth. Earning a BAAS degree is not option for every student, but it can be a good option for working adults, individuals with military experience or transfer students.

Admission is subject to specific criteria

To be considered for admission in to a BAAS degree program, one of three criteria must be met: have obtained a GPA of at least 2.0 on previous college credit, be a high school graduate of at least five years or be an active or retired member of the military with at least three years of service.

Receive credits for experience

Applicants who wish to transfer their credits must complete a minimum number of hours at the university. Military members can earn experiential credit based on the training and job pursued while on active duty. The credit will be evaluated based on recommendations outlined by the American Council on Education.

Have internet access

Provided there is internet access, the BAAS degree can be completed entirely online, making it an appealing choice for working adults who wish to finish their educational pursuits and enhance their degree.

An ideal choice for working adults

A BAAS degree is designed with working professionals in mind. It’s an ideal option for someone with an associate’s degree or previous college credits, a member of the military or someone who has been out of high school for several years. Completing a degree increases employment and career advancement prospects, and the online format makes it easy for a working professional to complete while balancing a career and family.
